After two years of collaboration between IT Concept and H Hotels Collection | Hatzilazarou Group, during which innovative technologies such as Mobile Application, IPTV, Reservations, Guest Ordering, Digital Signage, Web Application, Promotion Campaigns, and Dynamic QR Codes were tested through the OCG360 platform, the results have been outstanding. The partnership has led to a significant increase in restaurant reservations and product sales across all the group’s hotels.
This collaboration revolutionizes the integration of technology into the guest experience, allowing the testing of innovative solutions before their market release. With OCG360 seamlessly integrated across all hotel types (City Hotels, Resorts, and Boutique Hotels), hotels of all kinds can now implement proven and tailored technological solutions to meet their guests’ needs.
