The solution includes a Mobile App —available on both the App Store and Google Play— as well as a Web App, giving guests a unified, advanced service environment.
With full PMS integration, the app enables direct restaurant bookings and supports a dine-around concept, allowing guests to dine at any Grifid property regardless of where they are staying.
